Congratulations to Pig City’s Mmedo Duffort on being scooped up by Donald Campbell to become Pavel Racing’s newest recruit. Mmedo joins Brits, Paul Price, Sam Gordon and Louis Selby on the UK Pavel Team. On announcing his news Mmedo had this to say “I am (truly) proud to have joined the Pavel crew and will be supported in my slalom adventures by just about the raddest skateboard maker out there! For over 30 years, Pavel has been at the core of the skate scene. The Paul Price Roadster model that came out 10 years ago completely changed the game. Several successful models later, the new GS Roadster is out! I will be bombing it down the GS at Hog Hill in two weeks time.
Big up to Donald “the Don” Campbell for making the most amazing boards and supporting the slalom scene. Stoked to join my friend Louis (I could not wish for a better traveling mate) and obviously honored to be joining the Pavel team and its amazing riders!

In the last couple of years Mmedo has been travelling over Europe with Louis Selby and the British Team to attend races. He put in a really solid performance at last years World Championships in the Czech Republic where he took 3rd overall in the Amateur Category and after a good start to the year he is currently lying in 4th place in the ISSA 2015 World Rankings making him the top ranked British Amateur.
Well done Mmedo, well earned – well deserved.
